I take an inside out therapeutic approach to skincare that is rooted in Ayurveda, promoting vitality and longevity in all aspects of life. Ayurvedic philosophy teaches that everything is right for somebody, but nothing is right for everybody. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to treating skin. Each skin therapy session that I offer is a mind-body healing experience unique to your current state; nutrition, lifestyle, and skin goals are always addressed and considered. Through this individualized holistic approach, we are able to address imbalances at their root, resulting in resilient, healthy, and glowing skin.

Most of my clients come out of their skin therapy sessions saying that they have never experienced anything like it. I touch and treat more than just your face. In addition to being a holistic esthetician, I’m also a seasoned yoga teacher and Ayurvedic health counselor. Whether you're a yoga, skin, or Ayurveda client, I take the whole person into account. All systems of the body influence the condition of your skin, which means an integrative approach that affects the mind, body, and spirit is necessary in order to make lasting change that is not just skin deep. This is why my offerings include bodywork, as well as discussions around lifestyle, emotions, and nutrition. You will experience healing through all five senses.
